After Jiro’s recent vet visit he nipped at our 1yo’s face. Although we are hopeful this was just the circumstance and Jiro immediately stopped and knew he had done something wrong, we are also protective parents who do not wish something worse to happen. It is unfair to Jiro to expect him to behave perfectly when a small toddler is chasing after him. This genuinely breaks my heart, because Jiro was my first baby who has and does bring so much joy to our lives. He loves our daughter, but we are making our best effort to relocate him to a new home that will love him and care for him in a way that he deserves. Jiro is a funny dog with a big personality. He tends to be more cat-like and mostly lies around all day, especially if there is a sunny spot.
