This is a series of internal communication posters at Grimshaw. Every year the Human Resources department hosts an appraisal season. This allows staff to reflect on the year, create reviews of their leadership, and create goals for moving forward.
I wanted to create simple posters that connected the dots between partners and staff. I chose single words that illustrated the task at hand for the week. Each week consisted of a different process. For example, "Highlight your accomplishments," or "Identify your strengths." This was to encourage staff to really spend time thinking about each step in a positive light and discussing it with upper management.
Custom type and a bold layout created posters that staff noticed. Trust me, with a studio full of architects, you've got to come up with something new and interesting!
